Any cure for "blue balls"?

You can try to ice them. Some Ibuprofen or equivalent could help the swelling And also avoid those things that are getting you aroused
 
Honestly I just sleep it off, it's not too annoying for me personally.

I can't sleep. I feel like I go insane when this happens. The urge is so strong I feel like a drug addict.
