Any Dangerous Sites to Avoid besides P*#' sites During NOFAP ?

Instagram and is worst if you don't cleaned the historial at all.
The recomendations at content that gives ,when you are into the aplication is sometimes...dangerous for a recovery man.
I still used anyways, i just put "i am not interesting" when i saw something, why i took so much risk?...cause there are good memes.

 

Avoid tiktok like the plague

 

Make a new youtube account and only follow only non triggering and educational/edifying accounts. Be honest with yourself and caredul whay you click on, and you shouldnt get much/any triggering content come up.

Social media, i would avoid completely if you can, unless you need it for work or something.

 

Twitter and Reddit are among the largest porn sites on the internet. I am not saying completely avoid them, just exercise extreme caution.

 

You are right. I try to avoid all porn sites. But i use reddit. This reddit promote porn.
It has nsfw content which is completely porn material.
So, avoid reddit.
