Any distance runners?

Definitely a big motivation for me coming back to nofap is that with M especially I feel horribly drained when running. I've run all my PRs and done my best training during abstinence. Once the snow melts I'm gonna start back with speedwork. Anyone else training for anything (if you live somewhere where races are allowed/hoping for races to return once covid dies down?)
