Keep going man. It doesn't worth it. I was in a streak of 84 days and I cracked. Now it's really hard for me to begin again. I'm now in my 4th day. Really lame if you ask me. What I want to tell you is that nofap is a great thing. Because of Nofap I reduced my social anxiety. I'm more comfortable with friends and I've a wonderful girlfriend. I know everything sounds weak when you're in a urge, but think of the great advantages of no Pmo and always remember your goals. Good luck man

 

Like the other guy said: keep going. It's not just you right now that is going through this. The Nofap community is big and many people just like you and me have problems with PMO. Like Mark Queppet says in one of his videos, it's up to you to make the final choice. Do you really think that a few minutes of pleasure is worth a better life?
