Any method to block creating new user in windows 11?

My firefox extensions are easily bypassed when i create new user and enter the firefox. I know blocker is just a support tool but i want to block it completely... help me!

Why do you have administrative privileges? Set up a separate admin account and randomize the password. Give it to a trusted friend. Remove your administrative privileges.

I thought i have to get admin privileges for customazing my windows. it isn't? (Currently I blocked to creating new users with cold turkey btw)
 
I think you can contact your internet provider, or fix the router (do you own all your internet? or live with parents?) in way that installs a post-personal device block of porn sites.
I read a book by a jewish organization on this topic, I can try to find it and forward you the PDF if you want. it has illustrations and explains a way to 100% block porn and you cant go back if you want once you do it

You can get the password to the administrative account from your friend (or a safe deposit box, as an alternative) when you need it to do administrative matters. Then change the password to another random password and put give that one to your friend (or safe deposit box).

The point is to make it very time-consuming for you to get the administrative password, so you'll get it only when you actually need it.

Yep I live with parents for now! and i think i blocked everything that triggering me. If i find another loophole of my blocker, I'll contact to you if you fine. thanks!
