I've read a few success stories on this website, and they've been really inspiring - but a lot of people here seem to be quite religious.
I am concerned because I am not, and I wonder if all the personality benefits that religious people experience (increased confidence, happiness, etc.) are in fact exacerbated due to guilt associated with being a religious watcher of P.
I definitely feel addicted, and perhaps a little guilty for watching P, but probably not in the same way as a religious person does. So would I experience the same benefits?
