    Hello everyone,
Today is day 3 Nofap and day 6 not using porn. Also, it's day 4 or 5 no nicotine, I've been a smoker for about 4 years. I used to smoke a lot, but since last year I managed to smoke one to two cigarettes a day.
Anyways, I quit for almost 5 days now, but I'm really feeling like shit.
Anxiety, depression, low, and everything you can imagine.

Even my body is acting weird too.
My question is how long would it take for me to feel better?

Should I just smoke again, it's only a cigarette a day?

  2. I'm on day 3 no nicotine, i've had some insight into my addiction recently but i still want one.. Lots of people swear by Alan Carrs Easyway to Stop Smoking. It makes lots of sense, i've used the material countless times but the psychology of it never clicked in my brain personally.

If you have 1 or 2 a day that will probably lead to more. Its up to you but if you can stay off it, can only be better for you.

I was a chain smoker for 15 years and quit 3 years ago, my 30 birthday gift from me to me.
I went cold turkey the day after my birthday. Just as everything else here YMMV. After the first week I dreamed a lot about smoking, and even today sometimes still want one. It is all in your mindset, I just decided I didn't want to kill myself anymore and that was all, ALWAYS keep in mind why are you doing this, it's the only advice I can give you. My Gf smokes, and most of my friends too, and that isn't an impediment be with them, or temptation enough for me to pick it again.

Currently I'm in my 22th day of no PMO, first try too, cold turkey. I have decided my reasons to do it, and are really good resons to, and everytime the urge to relapse surge I remember myself this reasons.

Break the habits, change your routines and set your mind in your goal.

November 8 2015 was the last time I smoked...its now been 20 weeks...smoke free....it isn't very hard for me....I started smoking when I was 18 now am 24....initially I had an urge to smoke...especially after having a heavy non veg meal....since I left smoking I can clearly see the difference my lips used to be black due to smoking but now it's again back to its usual shade...I say pink...lot of improvement in my memory..stamina...but I find addiction of smoking much easier than PMO...I hope and wish I will conquer my addiction of PMO too...
