I can only tell you what I’ve experienced. While I’m still working through trying to rid myself of my own fetish, the challenging part is to try and first figure out WHY you have the desire for this fetish in the first place. Mine is a cuck fetish. It took me years to get to a place where I was able to face myself and understand why. My wife cheated on me and because I was scared of his presence in our life, I tried to use him in this fantasy to try and turn the pain into pleasure. Since then, I’ve been able to understand that I don’t need to be scared anymore of him (we moved states). So brother, I promise you can start to break free if you do the work. Not every opinion you get here will fit your situation but it can get your brain going to start to realize the part your psyche plays in the desire for your particular fetish. I got rid of my spanking fetish completely about 5 year ago and I didnt even need to finish 90 days. I realized that that I was feeling guilty and I sexualized this negative feeling (as lot of humans tent to do). Subconsciously I thought I deserve to be punished and I was getting off of it. When I resolve why I felt guilty, when I did changes and amends in my life I stopped feeling guilty and from that time that fetish stopped exciting me (after serveral years of having it) because it cannot connect to those emotions because I didnt have them anymore. Not a single relapse in 5 years, not even temptation to do it again, the fetish is completely gone.

TLDR if you want to win over your fetish for good, you got to look inside, identify what emotion is feeding your fetish and do life changes to stop feeling that emotion. Afterwards fetish will disappear gradually even on its own.
