Any success stories out there of guys curing pmo addiction while being in a sexual relationship?

Just curious to know because I haven't heard or remember reading about anyone pulling through out of this addiction without abstaining from sex and orgasm for some time period. I'm in a committed relationship and I've gotten a pretty good hold on my pmo addiction but now I'm wondering if I should stop sex and orgasm all together to heal or can I still heal while still being in a sexual relationship with my gf... so far I have been healing physically as far as sensitivity, but mentally I'll still go through flatlines and I'll still feel depressed and unconfident here and there. Sex has gotten better and I'm more into it but my personality still sucks and I'm still no that socialable as I should be and naturally am. Anybody out there going through or has been through this and came out beating pmo??
