    Hello everyone.I have been a porn addict since 8 years and my masturbation techniques doesnt involve getting it erect.I just used to force it through an ejaculation without getting erect i.e masturbating flaccid.Also used to do this regularly say twice daily on an average.i was always low on energy.The main reason was to relieve the anxiety.Now I don't get morning woods or random boners,I actually have to force it to make it semi erect.Also I feel my libido not doing the job.Any solutions??

    Try and visualize what you want your life to look like in the future. For me, I do not want to be raising a family while secretly watching porn and hiding my addiction. It's important to outline all of the reasons you want to change before you come up with a solution. This way it will actually matter to you and you will have the motivation to try.

    Once you have established a vision for what you want your life to look like in the future decide what you would like to do about it. It sounds to me like you already understand what you must do. You need to give your body a break sexually and let it heal. Read posts on this forum and other resources on how to establish and foster a healthy sex life.

    Most importantly stay positive and always keep your head up! You can create real change. It's just a matter of taking the initiative
