Any Tips On How To Last Longer During NoFap?

    NoFap has been great so far but after 3 weeks its hard to not being a minute man. Sometiimes after one round i can last pretty long but after about 6 weeks each round is pretty short. Any tips on how to last longer during a long streak?

    Cut social media tv and all the crap (I allow myself watching a movie for motivation once in a while)
    Get in that cold shower
    Sweat alot working out that will make you tired (although testosterone makes you more horny it's important to exercise)

    Channel that energy to doing something helpful instead of busting it.

    Have an urge? Go for a walk, do pushups, do something that'll distract you from it. The urges will decrease from time to time so don't worry they don't last forever, but sometimes they come out of nowhere so always watch out.. and remember couple seconds of pleasure aren't worth it, and when one falls into the PMO cycle it's just become an habit which doesn't make it fun and no semen left.. I don't know if you remember that feeling but when we were PMO addicts we used to do it so much that there was no semen to bust and it was not fun, it's never fun. The tricky part is when people abstain alot and then go busting a nut the PMO is making it more pleasurable because of the amount of semen but as I said when doing it again and again it'll never be pleasurable. Don't get me wrong thoggh I'm not telling you to go long abstaining and then jerking it I'm just saying that's how it works, don't ever masturbate.

    delete ig, fb and avoid triggers on youtube.

    keep busy (fill your to-do list).

    read books and study outside your home (university or library).

    install porn blockers.

    get up at 5AM and go to bed at 10PM.

    cold showers.

    train boxing and street workout and/or swimming.

    pray to Jesus.

    confess your sins.

    don't lie around in bed as that's a trigger.

    Guys, he's asking about something else. I have no advice on that either, though:(, I know a person who has almost perfect control over this, but none of his advice work for me. He says he has "some muscle". Anyway, I don't know how to talk about it without going into the triggering territory, so i'll shut up.
    The most obvious would be to focus your attention on your partner's needs, and not dip your, um, thing in her or him, instead devoting yourself totally to their pleasure for at least 30 minutes, before you finish the deed.
     
  5. He's talking about premature ejaculation guys, not nofap tips. You just have to have sex more often or practice during masturbation (which isn't an option for us). I heard kegel exercises and anxiety control help a lot. I actually have the the opposite problem, I last TOO long during sex and barely feel any sensation and trust me, I'd much rather have premature ejaculation to deal with cause at least both parties can still have a good time (your dick isn't the only way to make her orgasm). The irony is, I brought this upon myself due to fear of PE - I always tried to masturbate as long as possible with a strong grip and no lube when I was a teenager. bEcAreFUl wHAt yoU WIsH FoR
