Anybody given up caffeine?

  1. If so what benefits did you notice? How long were the withdrawal symptoms?

    1. Better sleep (quality + no longer sleep at 2:00 at night) - after just one week i was able to fall asleep at 10:00 without a problem
    2. Reduced anxiety
    3. Also you can gain more self control and improve your focus by quitting sugar from your diet (saturated carbohydrates and fats)

    I gave up caffeine 6 days ago, massive headache for like two days but I'm doing ok now. Easier to get to sleep but don't really notice too much else at the moment, maybe its too early to tell.

    Nope. I literally gave up every other destructive addiction I had. I'm keeping this one.
     
  6. How really Caffeine work? It make me more sleepy and i drink only 1-2 for day and sometim e i miss it. Cheese and Chocolate are the real drug for a swiss like me :(
