Anybody know astral projection/lucid dreams

This is an off topic question, I am curious to know anybody have an interest in it. I have known astral travel/lucid dream for 5 years. Have success in achieving lucid dreams a few times, but always failed in astral travel. I relate the failure to fapping because it leads to low health and very frustrated mind after fapping. I can't concentrate on breathing and to relax. I achieve some level of relaxation but it doesn't help. Now health improved after I started Nofap(PMO-free, yoga, jogging, meditation, reading). So I thinking to restart the practice.

If anybody knows about astral travel, please share your thoughts.
