Anyone else doing the simple & sinister kettlebell workout?

Nice, good luck. The best I can do are those butterfly stretches for your groin. Anything more strenuous and I tear my entire body in half.

Do you need a gym or can you do it at home?
Living in an apartment and my floor wouldnt like if I dropped those things there, is there a big risc of destroying your floor when training with the bells?

I do it at home, all you need is one or two kettle bells. There’s only risk if you’re too violent with them, but the whole program is all about strength and control as opposed to speed, so shouldn’t be an issue. Just don’t try to show off by using weights heavier than you can handle

Ty för the great tip and info. Feel pumped to get some bells right now!

Well, I'm not doing it but I've got some wonderful kettlebells and play with them a lot.
Currently perfecting the ground techniques of a snatch, get-up, swing, clean, military/push press and squats.
Greasing the groove! :)
Keep us updated!
Stay strong!
