Do you need a gym or can you do it at home?
Living in an apartment and my floor wouldnt like if I dropped those things there, is there a big risc of destroying your floor when training with the bells?
Ty för the great tip and info. Feel pumped to get some bells right now!I do it at home, all you need is one or two kettle bells. There’s only risk if you’re too violent with them, but the whole program is all about strength and control as opposed to speed, so shouldn’t be an issue. Just don’t try to show off by using weights heavier than you can handle
