Anyone else failing for years now? Advice?

The pandemic is just making everything worse.

 

My addiction has never been as bad as it is now during the pandemic. It’s because isolation is encouraged... less human contact means more cravings for artificial “contact”.

I’m 27 and realized pmo was a problem around 16... my longest streaks have been around 50 days but lately im extremely lucky to reach 5 days. It can be very defeating....

 

I've been doing Nofap since 2013. Longest streak was 160 days in 2014. Nearly relapsed today, I sexted with a girl. Fucking stupid of me. I didn't cum though. I'm not going to reset my badge, but I need to wake up to myself.
