I have this. Something that helps me is I look at the pressure in my head, and I ask myself

    1. What is the shape of the pressure
    2. What color is it?

I also ask God to help me with it.

    Drink plenty of water too.

    These thinks can help.

I get this on & off too, but cannot see a pattern in my Nofap journey. It feels like someone is pressing against my eyeballs, like there is fluid in my forehead. I have been checked by doctor and no fault found. Im putting it down to sustained exhaustion caused by decades of MB.

I get this too. It happens when I relapse and lasts for about a day or two. I'd still really like to know what it is exactly. It only started after trying to quit.

This sensation has been really intense for me in the last week, but it's worse today than it has ever been. I have a weird feeling of pressure that starts in my temples and cheekbones, radiates across my forehead, and culminates between my eyes. This is accompanied by sharp, shooting pains all over my head. I also have this weird sensation that feels like the skin on my face and head are constantly moist and hot, and the only way I can describe that is it feels like my head is in a sauna. I'm randomly getting sharp pains in my teeth too, which I've heard a lot of other people mention experiencing during withdrawals and rewiring.

I'm having a lot of other weird symptoms too, and I've also been having a lot of very vivid dreams lately. I'm hoping that this is a sign that I'm on the verge of a major rewiring breakthrough. I think it could be that because my urges have reduced significantly in the last month.
