Anyone else here to improve there sex life?

Everyone here is here to improve their sex lives, and for some, just to have one. For young guys, especially, porn is the only sexual outlet many have ever known, and some cannot actually have sex due to prolonged porn abuse; it just does not set off the dopamine release the way hardcore porn does. It's a problem.

May I ask, what are you imagining when you MO? If its porn or hypersexualized imagery, even if you are not PMOing, then it's porn. If it's porn, you are probably addicted to it. High speed internet porn is highly addictive. The eight hardest words I have ever spoken are the ones that allowed me to become porn free: I an addicted; I have to quit porn. Porn addiction causes all kinds of sexual problems for most of us here. Before I got educated I, too, thought I had some form of delayed ejaculation problem. Now I no longer do. To beat the addiction porn cannot be casually used or used just for special occasions, it has to be eliminated from your life completely. Easy to say, hard to do.

I started a threat here which I refer a lot of people to. It gives everything I know about quitting porn, at least for me.

I'm definitely in this for my sex life. My sex life is awesome. Been with my wife nearly 20 years, dating and married, and our sex life is better than ever. When PI-ED started happening, I began looking for a reason for my issues and ended up realizing that porn and MO were the problems. I quit cold turkey, immediately and haven't looked back. My intimacy with my wife is way more important.

 

Hi khester, thanks for posting. Reading posts and responding are part of how I keep clean, so thanks. I am glad you are not addicted. Until recently it was not understood that porn could be an addictive act. I had your problem myself; could not O with my girl. It zapped her self esteem knowing I had to use porn to O, but could not with her, even though we had a pretty good sex life. For me to get where I am now I had to totally eliminate porn from my life. Now I O every time with her. So, you might try just quitting watching porn altogether. It might help. I suggest no porn, no M, and no O unless it is with your girl. I understand it is easy advice to give, but sometimes hard to follow.

Good job khester on making day 4. I'm in the same boat. I hadn't had sex till a few months ago and found I couldn't cum either. I've still been sexual with her and my performance is getting better. Hard mode will definitely work dude. Wish you best of luck

 

I am in this to improve my sex life, but i somehow have premature ejaculation problems.... this makes no logical sense to me.

 

I'm in the same situation, man. I can get hard easily, just like any teenage guy, but i can't finish during sex like i can to porn. My girlfriend says she doesn't mind, but it's pretty obvious she's embarrassed she can't get me to finish. Hopefully all this stuff is true, and going cold turkey will help fix the delayed ejaculation.
