Anyone else look forward to flat lines?

I've got used to flatlines but it's double edge sword. You don't get urgers but you feel down.

Try your best to overcome them, you will feel stronger then ever. I failed right when the flatline eneded and the urgers came. Don't relapse I did and I have such bad headaces

 

I had my first mini-flatline a few days ago that only lasted a day. I agree with Wario32. The feeling down is real, and no fun at all. I feel alot better at the of a day full of urges. It's very rewarding and confidence boosting knowing that I had control. Plus I find that I have to keep myself busy to stay occupied. I was alot less motivated during the flatline day.

, Try to avoid any screens and you should be good. If its really bad let your phone sleep in another room when you go to bed

I do as well. Urges are the reason I’ve been failing on every streak I’ve attempted over the past month. I finally feel I’ve developed enough determination to push through them, but I actually somewhat look forward to the flatline this time so I can experience some relief from all urges...
