Anyone else with long withdrawals or flatline

    So pretty much yeah has anyone else been having long withdrawals or a flatline I'm at like 80 days now I think and well still dead downstairs I've noticed some improvements in my overall mental health and that.

    I dunno just wondering if anyone one else is going through this and maybe have a pm I'm getting worried about it now like I know some guys can flatline for up to a year but the information on long flatlined is so little I've looked and looked and there is very little on guys who have for months upon months so maybe someone here can help me out :)

    I had flatline / quit PMO all in the same day so presently I am over 100 days.

    I feel I am gradually climbing out of it.

    Totally freaked me out - but I have watched a lot of youtube videos on it so felt less bad.

    I still get flatline periods and im 4 and a half months in. They come and go. Some days I feel like I'm almost recovered then suddenly my morning woods get weak and my libido dies. It's an upward trend though, each hole I fall into gets a little shallower as time progresses.
