I’ve been trying nofap and struggled massively Recently. However something that has charged me again is realising I have death grip. Or rather the worry that I do. Sensitivity is low. Far too low. So I need to sort this.
Anyone ever had deathgrip? Has it gone? How long did it take? Was there anything you did to help the process of recovery down there? Creams? Moisturisers?
