Hello guys, I have been leading a healthy lifestyle since 20 and now I am 23. In summary, there are no changes in my diet since I stopped PMO, cheat meals once a month, eating as healthy as possible during the weekdays and exercising about 3-4 times per week. I used to be 65-66kg, but now my weight is 61-62kg. I have lost 4-5kg in about 2 months. That being said, I feel lighter, more athletic and energetic during my workouts, which is a positive thing. I am doing calisthenics and don't lift weights. I was thinking whether it is due to the semen retention and increased testosterone levels in my body. Feel free to share your thoughts! Cheers.
