Anyone find success through a coaching program?

I've been unsuccessful in self-moderating for several years now, and I've looked into a few coaching programs. The problem is, they're charging some serious money, and I'm not sure it needs to be that expensive. So, I'm wondering if anyone else in nofap land has joined a coaching program - has it been successful? What price range did you pay? Or was it a free service through a church program or something?

I haven't done this yet but have considered 'themindfulhabit.com' . I like listening to Craig Perra's podcasts and have found them helpful.
