yes of course. that's why a relapse often leads to binging and to the chaser effect

Yes, it's addiction memory. In the first days after a relapse you have heavy urges.

I advice you to relax and learn to let the urge pass by. When an urge comes, just let lose, give it a few minutes and let it pass by. It's very simple.
This gives you tremendous inner peace and you will feel very strong and free when it passed by.

    Do not
clench your teeth, because this increases your stress.

yes for sure. I believe that PMO addiction induces or mimics OCD symptoms. Even Gary Wilson said the PMO addicts have been diagnosed with OCD, Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia and a host of other mental health illnesses.

Yes, it "mimics" ... In a way, isn't an addiction also a kind of an obsessive compulsive disorder ?
I know, OCD and addicition isn't the same, but some parts are similar, especially the part that you cannot stop it.

Yeah and usually my brain goes "let's relapse again to make sure it doesn't feel good" or "let's relapse again so that I stop having these thoughts".

It's all about momentum, don't let your OCD take over, just relax and focus your attention on something that requires concentration.

Wow I really thought it was just me. I actually took meds for my HOCD around 4 years ago and the OCD was more or less gone (it was there, but not crippling). During this whole time I never went hard mode and even watched some porn occasionally (my porn preferences were normal, like vanilla stuff).

But when I went hard mode for 28 days and then relapsed (not to porn but masturbation), BOOOM the HOCD came back with the same force as 4 years ago before taking the meds and porn urges were staggering and came with worrying amounts of intrusive sexual thoughts and fetishes. Another hard mode streak a week later (this time for 45 days) and then relapsed (stupid wet dreams on 45th day) and the HOCD is attacking again. Apparently it's all part of the so-called chaser effect.

I swear, the next time my body screws things up and ejaculates while I'm asleep, I'm chopping my penis off nuff said!
