    I'm just new in practicing mindfulness and not good at it yet . but I can feel its effect in my mind and body .
    Anyone can relate ?

    Ah. Sounds good to me. My comfortable environment is tanning at the pool! That counts, right?

    The biggest benefit of mindfulness as it relates to PMO is getting better and better at catching urges sooner, at their inception. If we get really good at catching ourselves spiraling into negative emotional states, it really helps
