Anyone here with porn/masturbation induced ADD / ADHD ?

I felt devastated on the day when I realized that my MO had lead me into another huge problem - it was ADD (Attention Deficiency Disorder). The more I read about it, the more horrified I was. It was because I felt like I had pushed myself, my own good brain into this disorder which I never had at birth. I was good at concentrating, memorizing and stuff, but now I can't get shit done. Almost everyday I get schooled at my workplace about how poorly organized I am, about my inefficiency, my poor memory and the endless amounts of mistakes I make. There was one day when my superior asked me to do something for him. I nodded at him. He then came over to me, smiled and grabbed my notebook and scribbled out a reminder with his pen. I was thunderstruck with humiliation. I find myself getting distracted by every freaking thing! It is such a horror.

Has anyone struggled with this? Does it get better with nofap?
