Anyone in trouble for their P addiction or like charges?

I'm 29 years old. Today is my birthday 10/30/88
At the age of 20 I had a one time relationship with an underage girl I met at a party.

I went through the court process and was convicted in 2013. Spent 6 months I. Jail. Am currently on probation for a total of 10 years and have level 1 SO restrictions.

My P addiction came after the offense but my faulty thought process definitely contributed too both issues.


I can go through more.
Does anyone else have similar stories. Has anyone else gotten into trouble and labeled as a sex offender?

I thought I'd have more interest.
I know from my P use there must be lots of people curious about the outcomes after court and charges. Hard to believe I'm the only one. Just looking to connect with others.

I attend group weekly due to my charges.

Out of 20 people 9 are charged with porn related charges.

But in general, no one here feels that sex addiction and porn addiction are similar?

I believe that all forms of addiction are similar.
We all crave dopamine including gamers, alcohol addiction, gambling, and drugs.

Many of us look down on other forms of addiction
" well at least I dont do that" as if our issues are less worse than anothers

 

My P addiction came after my conviction. I was afraid to socialize and used porn as an antidepressant and not crave the chemical response Porn gives

 

I asked for P addiction or like charges.
I believe all sex charges can be similar.

Look at how many teachers and people in high positions are getting in trouble.

Many of their issues are similar to ours/ mine.

Don't discriminate

Thank you both for the input. I think there are others with similar issues but babe not seen the thread or are scared to post.

I have seen many who talk about issues that boarder on illegal issues.
