Anyone recover after a few weeks?

    I relapsed 4 days ago.
    Don't have much brain fog and I feel good and healthy.
    I've done long streaks in the past. One for a year and several at 3/4 months.
    When I've relapsed begire I've never binged. Edged for a day but then got straight back on it.
    Could I potentially recover and be able to have sex again after a few weeks?
    Is it possible?

    Depend how much you have been affected but PMO.

    BUT not easy to recover for one week

    Sometime you body can lie on you ...becareful on it...

    Do you know what 'edging' means? Check out The Glossary. "Edged for a day" is very bad. A few hours would be bad, but a whole day is awful. Do not do that.
    I think it will take longer than a few weeks to recover, but you needn't give up sex at all. If you have a look in the Rebooting in a Relationship section of these forums there are lots of men who do a 'normal mode' reboot, i.e. no porn and no masturbation, but sex with your partner is OK. I think you are talking about a 'hard mode' reboot where you stop porn, masturbation, and any orgasm, but 'hard mode' is not the only way of rebooting.

    2 weeks in today.
    Of course no real progress.
    Struggling with PIED and no real life in penis at all.
    Libido has died down and I think I'm in flatline. Preety worried I won't get normal erections back.
    Frustrating thing is that I have someone interested in me so if I can't get it up that's going to suck.
    I never escalated my porn use so I don't understand why I'm suffering ED as much as I am....
