day 8 completed was sleep deprived but didn't fap also didn't study even though I was supposed to.Also I had urges but I realized that those urges are not the urges to watch porn .I just want to F***.Also have flatline but so far not so hard but my attention is divided between NoFap and studying

Hey gents just popping in to say hello. Happy to see a group of folks fighting hard to beat this addiction. As someone with an addiction of 10 years I decided to fight this just over a year ago. You can and WILL conquer this boys. Never give up and don't ever let relapses get you down. And whether you are religious or not, praying to god in desperate times MAY just save you from time to time!

During last 2 days i've been so busy and couldn't write here.
I'm still noticing the NoFap effect on the improve of sleeping, i don't need to sleep 8 hours or more, with 7H I'm done.

day 12 done I am doing fine some anxiety +horny also had some pornographic thoughts but I noticed as my streak gets bigger it easier to resist.

Are you sure about that it may be a placebo.People need between 9-7:30 hours of sleep each night there is a small percentage of people that can live on 6 hours of sleep but if this is your first time feeling good with 7 hours of sleep then you don't belong in this percentage
Well done man, to achieve no-fapping these days make the difference. Today I felt anxious too and had really hard urges, however, I'm noticing that now I'm more concerned about how do I sexualized everything with girls in the past.
About sleeping, I agree, maybe was placebo cause I'm finishing day 11 and I am so tired now, so today I will sleep without alarm. Just to see how many hours I sleep until I get up.
day 12 is done not that bad starting to recover from flatline(slowly).
Day 13 is done same as before I am getting used to NoPMO even though I am horny as hell.But I can control it.
