    Hey everyone,

I’m about to reach the 30 day mark in a few days!

Is there anything I need to be aware during that time of frame?

I’m already still in the flatline stage.

    Advice would be appreciated!

If there are any new benefits during that time, please let me know.

    Thanks!

  2. It will be 60 days for me in about a week I think. I have sort of lost track. I have no idea, but I think I'm still in flatline. I,m still afraid to do any fiddling down there. After 30 days I've noticed that my mind is letting go of porn. I'm feeling more of an urge to gravitate towards women. I wake up some days with a big erection. My mood goes from incredibly happy to incredibly sad from one day to the next. I am at ease in public. By no means do I feel superpowers and I have not felt motivated to make improvements in my life yet. That's all I have for now. Let's keep going!!

Do you still feel you are still withdrawing even at this stage in your NoFap Journey at almost 60 day mark or is it almost mostly over?

  4. To be honest, I really don't know. I know that I'm not thinking about porn nearly as much these days, but maybe I'm still in flatline. Maybe I'll coast for another two months and then BOOM!...sudden PMO binge out of nowhere.

I was there myself. I was on about 40 days and then I binged for two whole days. A good friend of mine told me to focus on bettering a part of myself or taking up a hobby during my reboot. I started playing piano and it really helped me stay positive. Just quitting porn is good. But coupling it with a positive change in your lifestyle can greatly increase the benefits. If you have been going a while and you're still flatlining, try picking up a hobby like reading, modeling, hiking, music, or something similar that forces you to work with your hands.

  6. I agree. Today I went to the gym and then went fishing. When I'm home I spend a lot of time in here or reading self help books. Weekends are tough though.
To the the OP...I should add that one big benefit has been educating myself through reading posts in here and through other extensive research.
