App to help with porn addiction

    Last week I found this app that's geared toward helping people with porn addiction. It's called Brainbuddy. This app is absolutely amazing. It provides exercises that you do each day to strengthen your brain and help keep you from relapsing. I highly recommend trying this app if you're having difficulty abstaining from porn. Hope this helps!

    I used that for most of the year last year. It is pretty cool. I decided that coming here was just as good for me though. I’m glad you like it. :)

    Rewire companion is amazing, i bought the full version because it was cheap like 4 dollars and lifetime license, not renewal.

    I even helped translate to my language so others can use it.

    It has amazing statistics and graphs plus a badge system that shows you how many people are in each category.

    Imo it is by far the best app to help with stopping pmo.
