Apps on phones

    Does anyone else have issues with apps on phone such as kik, what's, snapchat, etc? I have problems finding hoes on there and trying to get pics and vids of them naked and pleasing themselves. Can anyone help with that?

    I recommend getting rid of all apps that pose a threat to your journey. I had trouble with Twitter and Vine since they had a ton of porn on them so I got rid of those apps on the first day of my journey.

    You could always install an app that blocks the installation of apps on your phone without a password. I believe there are apps out there. You could have someone you trust create a password only they know and if you need to install an app have them type in their password. Of course, you would need a person that is familiar with your NoFap situation. It always helps to have a close friend of loved one to help in your journey.
