Are Men better leaders than Women?

I think that very few men or women are good leaders 'naturally'. However, anyone can learn the skills that make you become a good leader. Sadly, a lot of people in middle-manager type roles are unwilling to learn these things.

 

Their leader style is often different. Women usually have more empathy and are better at inter personal relationships. Men have a more practical approach. I think women often make better leaders because they pay attention to people rather than results. With that said there are more difference between individuals than between genders. Being a good leader is a skill which anyone can learn. For some it comes easier than for others.
