Hey. Day 14 for me with my nofap adventure and it really have been 2 weeks where i was really happy since i have slept very well since the journey which wasnt the case for years. I know 2 weeks arent a big period of time but i really can feel the energy inside me and i also can talk with random strangers no matter if an attractive female or an older man without struggling which also was a problem for me. But today i walked through some images of models which mostly werent completely naked but they were on the range of being nsfw. I havent touched myself and it barely lasted 5 minutes. I ve quit the pages saying to myself "everything is going well. Dont destroy it" do i have make a restart or what or what do you guys think?

In answer to the title of your post, yes. These images are definitely a danger.
We often draw an arbitrary line between P and "sexy pics" simply because the subjects of the image are wearing some form of clothing, even though it is lacking. You must understand, however, that the switches going on in your brain are essentially the same. While P may be more intense, this isn't doing you any favors.
I can't tell you what to call this (a relapse, a reset, nothing) because the choice is ultimately yours based on your standards and goals. You did something that hindered you, but you did not MO and you stopped yourself. It's a failure paired with a victory. Just reflect on it for a while, figure out what your standards are for your NoFap journey, and then call it what you'd like.
    Best of luck!

Well.. if you ask me i havent destroyed my nofap challenge yet since i was able to control myself. Ok i walked through the images on my own initiative but my intention wasnt to become hard on them and jerk off. But when i felt that it could go the wrong way i ve quickly stopped it. I had also opened a porn page on my 4rd day or so just to look at the thumbnails and to say myself "why have you been watching these guys shagging that girls if you could do that yourself as well. These movies are ridiculous." They havent been interesting for me.

i think it could be a danger if you think of porn while watching these pics. But i dont think that you have to a restart. Hope you can hold it brother

  5. Please, don't let yourself lose all of the progress you've made to stupid photos! Stay away from them as they can lead to another relapse. I hope this has helped you!

    Stay strong - oh18146 :)

I think you probably already knew the answer to this. It does sound like you may be setting yourself up for a relapse. Feel free to message me if you feel the need to reach out to someone.

Of course they are. When I was in counseling/group therapy, one of the givens was the three second rule. We sexualize everything. When something like "borderline nsfw" is in front of us, move on in no more than three seconds. If you can't do this, then you might as well be looking at porn.

These images are indeed a danger! Our brains can’t get enough so we will seek the next thing that makes us excited. It’s a vicious cycle.

Cravings and urges aren't always obvious. Sometimes they come in a very subtle form, thoughts and compelling reasoning on how something is perfectly reasonable and logical, like sexy images being okay, that it makes sense to MO right now to make sure you didn't suddenly develop ED, it's easy to get tricked by your own mind

Hahaha I was in the gym today and as I'm working out on the bicep curl machine there's a picture of a women in her gym wear cleavage out.... I thought this is not helping... it not porn but it's a trigger which can lead ya down tge path of relapsing.

Sexy images is artificial stimuli. We are fighting that here. our brain conditioning towards that. fight that urge even to look at the pictures. train your brain not look and eventually weaken the pathways controlling that.

    Your fighting that here.
I'm fighting to not watch porn or masterbate. I'm not going to close my eyes if I come across a pretty Girl on a poster. X

It's stimulation. If you are really committed to the Nofap. You have to remove all triggers. It's basic.
