My therapist is moving away. I do not see her often, only once a month, but I do find those sessions valuable. I could keep seeing her over Skype or find a different local therapist for face-to-face sessions. Although I am very technical I am sceptical that Skype can offer the subtlety of non-verbal interactions necessary for productive therapy sessions. What is your experience? Can Skype therapy sessions work as well as face-to-face ones?
