I felt like I was cheating the first days of nofap cuz I was taking this supplement. I haven't taken these for 3 days now but this stuff did help with stress and calmed the aniexty a bit.... Thoughts?? I
I have no clue what is in that bottle. Whatever works for you.. There are no rules, my usual go to, recommend and annual physical and speak with a pharmacist/primary care before starting any supplement.
