Are there any alternatives besides K9 web protection?

Recently, I heard the news that K9 will no longer be available. Surprisingly, mine still works and it is one of the best tools to help quit my porn addiction. But the real reason why I'm asking this question is because I'm starting school again. My old laptop is ancient and I heard that Windows 7 will no longer be getting updates which can lead to more viruses and hacks. I'm also planning to get a brand new laptop to do my online classes, but at the same time, also download something similar to K9 web protection. Are there any ideas?
