    Yeah just migraines for the first couple of weeks, wet dreams ,and flatlines but other than those things nofap is the best decision you could make for the first step of making your life significantly better !

    Increase your discomfort barrier! Stay strong. As far as negative side effects goes it's a matter of perspective. Overcoming urges is just like lifting weights and pushing through a place you feel discomfort in order for you to grow.
