    Feeling Weak,
    Fatigue,
    Muscle Weakness,
    Mild diarrhea that comes go.
    Depressed,
    Shortness of breath.
    No libido
    No Urge to Fap.
    Also I'm noticing red rims on top of nails

    Yea man both of them symptoms. I had shortness of breath for a long long time.

    I am 7 days in Nofap and have the same symptoms as you have plus many others symptoms. The worse for me is shortness of breathe. I thought that is alergic reaction to peanut butter but after resarch I am sure that this problem shows when I flatlining. Dont give up.

    Yes shortness of breath is the worse,do you have red rims on top of fingernails

    Since end of March...it is on and off...But there is no pain or cramp...just bloating.
    Now I am on Probiotics. I am serious to get it treated.

    Also the funny thing is that in the past when I had constipation, I would watch porn and my bowel will start moving immediately. This is weird...but now I never want to be depedent on that to poo...

    I also have chest pressure or little pain like feel in left side of chest near the rib cage bottom.It's On and off.
