Like when are we actually winning and when have we actually failed? Are we winning when we get a long streak? But then after we relapse we have failed? How long a streak do you need to get to be winning? 30-90 days? But then if we relapse after this have we still failed? Or is it not as bad if we relapse at this point because of how long our previous streak was? Or have we lost every time we relapse? So we need to be 100% perfect to be winning? Maybe all of us are already winning? We are committed to changing our lifestyle. We all have slips, but we remain committed to changing our lifestyle, and we are committed to never going back to how we used to be. Maybe this is actually winning?
