Are weird sexual dreams a sign of healing?

Slight trigger warning. I've been dreaming and having very strange sexual dreams. I dream that I wake up and look at porn. They are hyper realistic. I'll wake up, grab my phone, look up porn, watch it, then feel guilty like I relapsed. I even dreamed that I went on NoFap and reset my counter, then I left my room through my window. Thats when I woke up and realized I was dreaming but good lord it felt real. Is this a good sign? I have felt kind of refreshed and normal today after it.
