    Have sex with intention of only feeling orgasm and not ejaculation and and do not stop if you fail a coupe of times. Everything can be learnt with practice. People give 10 years to medical practice. Look up 'Vajroli Mudra' and personalise it.

    I feel someone speaking open heartedly while reading your post.. few Points you mentioned are very much inspiring....
    I have few doubts ..
    Did you started nofap to recover from your knee injury ..or are you frustrated with effects of porn on your life...

    I asked this one because here most of the guys are compulsive porn addict...it may be easy for a non porn addict to stay away from porn... The path may be extremely for a regular pmo user...

    Hope you understand and share your experiences on this with us .. Which will be a real path finder for most of us...

    I read an article about that masturbating keeps your dophamine receptors fired and thus incensative even if you don't orgasm. Because of my porn addiction I'm suffering from PIED but I already am feeling great benefits from doing this nofap lifestyle. My end goal is to also stop maturbating and only orgasm whilst having real sex with a woman.
    However, I'm also doing a masturbation technique to delay my orgasms via a breathing and this also works.
    But unfortunately it is in direct conflict with my nofap rules.

    My starting objective was to have a good health and an alive mind. I was not a porn addict. When I had nothing important to do, I will watch it, else I will do the important thing.

    My starting approach was to keep doing natural things in moderation and stop doing pointless things. I do some spiritual practices (not religious) which makes things easier. Everybody should find their own path in this regard. Gradually your understanding will evolve and you will see things differently. You will continue to have urges but you will also develop discrimination.

    Im glad you bring that up. Very few people understand this concept. They think they can edge all they want and that as long as they dont cum that its okay. But like moths to a flame if you edge and masturb you are going to get BURNED. I had a 7 day streak of just edging but on day 7 I finally could not stop myself and I CAME. So now had to throw the edging idea out the window and it is same to lay in bed indulging in lustful thoughts as well. best to change the train of thought to something else.

    Bro you are a fucking legend! I hope i don't have to be 38 to be able to exprience your super powers and be cured of the PMO addiction! I am so happy for the progress that you have made. Mind-blowing! I haven't even gone 6 months of semen retention....when I was around 120+ days I could sense that people were being friendly with me, which was quite new to me. Despite feeling good at that time, life happened. My 160 day streak ended in april and I have not been able to go 21 days ever since.

    yeah, right. Although i went 105 days without fapping. Though, whenever i was in bed i would indulge in lustful thoughts so i guess that hampered my progress and i saw no real improvement in any field of life. Though, during middle for about 2-3 weeks i had no real urges. I am upset that this is the 2nd time i have went 100+ days in last year but it didn't change anything really. Only benefit i saw was guilt completely disappeared but i was still anxious and stressed. I also have weird obsession about double checking things which also saw no improvement.

    Im going to guess that if we indulge in lustful thoughts and continue to think about it to the point that we develop an erection.......that at that point we are activating Dopamine for certain. So it would be almost the same as edging. But if a lustful thought enters and we quickly drop it and turn to something else we will be spared from the Dopamine.

    There is no sense in indulging these lustful thoughts if we have already commited to NoFap for a certain interval. It is like licking honey off of a razor blade. It is a frustrating exercise that feels awful (when we dont succumb to the temptation to begin edging) and it is dangerous to do it same as tap dancing at the edge of a cliff. For me the sexual thoughts hit me today first thing in the morning and when I realized what was happening I just got out of bed earlier than normal....... at 730am today. I know that I only have like 4 days but I am really commited to this and motivational posts like this one from OP really inspire me that I may find the solution to my lack of mental clarity and my low self confidence by staying on this path.

    congrats to the OP! Im 37 this November and I admire your achievement [mine is 120 and Im now trying to get back to this result ,that was wasted by lustful thoughts and wet dreams and then a relapse - one orgasm with a girl and 5 with PMO! And then another 4 with PMO 2 weeks later! and 30 days of depression and 20 days of wet dreams I thought they wont pass away!] not having sexual thoughts is crucial as the Demodectic said.

    You told that you focus on orgasming but not ejaculating. How?

    What happens after you orgasm? You stop intercourse because if you continue you would hit the point of no return and ejaculate?

    Do you focus on breathing? Keeping the focus on your energy field?

    This is a serious achievement ..expoud on it.

    Thanks so much for your original post as well as answering our questions.

    This inspired my quite a bit as even a small fraction of these benefits would be very beneficial. And interesting just to try out to experience it first hand.

    I’ve also experienced some of those more subtle benefits. People just want to talk to you and be around you. I’d like to see what else I can find out.

    Your comment on orgasming without ejaculating is good info. How long did it take to seperate the two? Is it hard to do?

    I’ve tried to find out the benefits of semen retention before but haven’t been able to find any info. So this is very interesting and inspiring. Thank you

    I also wanted to say. I think doing this as a lifestyle and not as a challenge is quite a good inside. I also found if I was just trying to get to x days it seemed harder. Just deciding to love this way seems easier

    Hi Guys.

    I was on vacation hence could not reply to your posts. Here is my advice to all of the folks doing this seriously .

    Mentally:

    1. Take up one habit in your life which is slightly less harder than semen retention. I took up quitting porn and masturbation completely. Some people go for cold shower 'in omni statu rerum' . This builds your will power to persist. This is a prerequisite condition, not sufficient.

    2.Meditate. It reduces variance in your thought energy and when it will be time to control the semen outflow, it will be useful. Semen flows out when pleasure turns to lust. Lust is a fuel to your ego. Experience of ego during sex leads to semen outflow. Not the pleasure. You don't have to experience lust while having pleasure. :)

    Physically:

    1. Take up sit ups as exercise . I do 100 daily. It strengthens your lower muscles and increases testerone.
    2. Pratice Kegel exercise to a point that it can also happen in sleep.

    Psychologically:

    1. take up one aspect of life and practice neutrality in it. I use communication to practice it. When I talk to a man, I try to be equally excited to meet him. This will spill over in all aspects of your life and you will start to become free of pleasure and pain. You can also practice silence in face of criticism or praise.

    2. Always question - what is ego made up of ? It helped me immensely. It will recreate your identity.

    3. Stop feeling guilty.

    4. Always have the following feeling towards your self image, that you don't go to parties , you are the party.

    Spiritually:

    1. Chose a chant, that is closest to your perception of 'grandest' self-image. I chose 'Hare Krsn' maha mantra.

    As you progress, your self will become your guide. You would not need any more counsel from anybody.

    thank you for writing this. meditation is interesting. what school / type you were using? Im currently on my second streak of 60 days, 10 minutes per day and it does help me with managing my emotions. also, during weekend party I danced with a girl, was horny but she left later so I went home drunk [horrible] and relapsed - did 3 sessions at one time
    and masturbated to porn, had orgasms but NOT ejaculated. I used the ''one million dollar point'' - bear in mind that I am also practicing the big draw and kegels,
    every time in the past I was doing the OMDP technique I felt that the semen went to my bladder and I lost it with urine anyway.
    However this time something weird happened. Its already 2 day after this event and I had NO wet dream/no semen in my urine. 100% sure.
    Is it possible that due to the big draw exercises I managed to properly use OMDP this time and only had prostate spasms during orgasm but the semen was preserved, somehow? Is it possible it did not went to my bladder?

    PS. Another thing I recommend- I am taking cranberry extract tablets mixed with nettle root and parsley. Helps tame the inflammation way down!
