    I just watch a movie and on kissing scene and i decided to stop watching. A few minutes later I realized a liquid is coming from my penis. What should I do, does it count as a relapse. I feel so ashamed

    Don't be ashamed of that. That's a natural reaction. The fact that you didn't act on it and turned off the move because you realized you were in a triggering place is a victory, not a defeat. Great job on realizing the situation and removing yourself!

    I wouldn't count that as a relapse. I always think it is simply unhealthy to try to avoid any kind of romantic/sexual media. It's simply impossible. You watch a series and there are several sex scenes and/or romantic scenes and that's okay. It's part of our society and human nature. You simply try to stay strong and not deliberately watch porn or jerk off.
