    Hello everyone.As you've read I've been trying to get rid of this shitty addiction for a while.My best previous attempt was 8 days and that's really short I know.A little information about me:I am a 14 year old boy,started PM when I was 11 and it has since been ruining my life.I have started self improvement tasks like cold showering,eating healthy,exercising,but I haven t yet been able to experience the benefits of nofap.So I'm hoping that by journaling this I can get through it.If anybody wants to join,you are more than welcome.This is Day 0:01.14.2020
