Hard days... looks like my cable company has offered me some free movie channels and some of them offer soft porn!! Don't know what/how to stop this... I'm resisting- -- last 3 days!

Call them and tell them you don't want the channels. Say you find the content offensive, and that you don't want anyone in your house to be able to access it. It sort of suggests you've got kids you're concerned about, without actually lying.

Well this sucks, I failed. But looking at silver linings, I made it to 21 days. I had never made it so far, so I guess things are only going to get better from now on.

 

Getting to 21 days is a good achievement. Start again immediately -- In the past when I succeeded to go a few days without PMO and then I failed -- I would binge...and that brings the brain back to square one (atleast that's how I felt).

So don't binge and get right back up on the saddle!!

Im out....i got too confident and urges hit me hard....i went 77 days nofap which i should be proud of but right now i just feel like crap and ashamed that i let myself and all of you down. ill sign up for september nofap challenge when it comes around

Thank you Allan for the support! You have a good point and it does make me feel better. This is my first relapse. Sometimes you have to experience failure before you can succeed. This will be my last relapse and i will come back from this.

I'm still in for August! It is day 46 for me. I am imagining that I've started the fourth quarter with a good lead. I think I can hold on if I just play lights-out defense. Then I'm going to look at September as starting a two game winning streak. And keep building from there.

Hey NoFappers how is everyone holding up this month? Only a couple of days away from August and will have completed the august challenge!! Excited to look forward to September!!

 

I'm still hanging in there... work has swamped me and that has oddly helped as I don't have that much time on my computer to do other things!!
