Warning: Long story, please reply only if you've read through it all

I joined NoFap Summer of 2015. I had HOCD, which to me is just silly now. I stopped watching porn and masturbating altogether after joining, with very few relapses. The benefits blasted me into the stratosphere. I had higher T levels, was working out all of the time, and took my dating and pickup skills to a level I never thought was possible. I was a rare success story with NoFap, and after 2 or 3 months, I honestly stopped checking up on this site.

Up until the last few months, I hardly ever masturbated. There would be those rare occasions where I just needed to get it out of my system, like if I got blueballed by a girl or something. I used the "desire" as motivation to go out and date or pick up girls. Things have gone sideways, unfortunately.

I'm in my senior year of college and I masturbate once or twice a day now, sometimes to porn. My diet is poor, eating fast food about 4-5 times a week. On the weekends I get too drunk and have bad hangovers. I also have lost the desire to workout. I think I am having anxiety about my future after college. Specifically, my social and relationship life. I've already landed a job in my hometown, but I'm afraid that I won't have any friends and it will be difficult to find a girl. I have a lot of friends in college and I'm afraid to lose them. I've also developed feelings for a girl here at school and I'm not sure when, if ever, I will see her again once I graduate.

All in all, I've developed bad habits over the past few months from what I think is because of my anxiety of the future. I'd like to stop this downward spiral.

Take one day at a time. You dont have to be perfect from Day 1. Nofap will make everything else like working out, eating right, socializing easier and vice versa. Goodluck!
