I was part of this forum some time back and it helped. I still need help so have come back. This battle is hard and I'm running out of my resources to battle through. A bit of encouragement this moment would be great.
    Thanks guys

  3. Welcome back! How long ago were you last here? Why did you leave? You’re in the right place. I’ve seen a lot of progress in my own journey since joining last December.

  4. I've only been here 3 days and I feel how reaching out to the community helps. We share the same problems and there is a push in the right direction with every post we read and post. I know I'll relapse but I also know every time I'll be back here, I'll find more information and more support.
You can do this. We believe in you.

Thanks for this and for posting. I was on for about a year and came off a couple of years ago. Yes I had some progress and thought I could go it alone. Most foolish! I also thought I would find someone in my church who could help but that hasn't happened. I'm in a hotel away on business this week; the most dangerous place to be in terms of falling. Got into despair yesterday so signed up again. I'm glad I did and have a new strength in my spirit this morning.

Hey Thanks for the welcome. Really appreciated and every blessing for your journey in this too. It's great to be connected

  7. You did the right thing. PMO leaves an emptiness in our souls and we know that it’s the wrong path.

After hitting day 90 I stepped away from NoFap for a while until I relapsed. Talk about foolish! I thought I was strong enough on my own and I took for granted the strength that the NoFap community offers.

I know exactly what you mean. When I’m away from my family and in a hotel room by myself is when some of my worst relapses would happen.
