Hola Anurag, quisiera saber como afrontas cuando te sientes aburrido y no te gusta dedicarte a tus labores diarias, me acaba de pasar eso y me llevo a P y M.

Bro! It depends on many factors like, since how long u were addicted, what's ur diet, ur lifestyle, etc! In my case libido was like a roller coaster ride! Sometimes it was uncontrollable but as u move on to longer streaks u will notice stability!!

Since how long u r into PMO thing??

Dear Alberto, can u write in english here so that I can understand ur question?? I will definitely try to help and share my experience in getting rid of PMO addiction.
