Bad day

    day 32 first try.. It's been the worst day in terms of keeping my dopamine levels under control.. I almost justified that it would be okay to look at naked girls in google images for a few seconds.. That's a relapse to me even if it's being hard on myself because I am getting closer and closer to having my very first connection with a girl in the future.. I feel my insecurities going away, and it's bs when people say u don't get superpowers when u do this cuz I get rushes of dopamine (the positive kind not the kind where u think of sex. The kind where it replaces ur emptiness.. The reason looking at these images would bother me after is cuz, when i form a connection With a girl and get to the sex stage, I want to look at the purity of her body and be content with that.. In the porn viewing mindset I would get no enjoyment when I look at her "purity".. Despite the bad day, im so excited for wat this journey has to bring. Even tho it sounds like I'm just in this for the girls, it's not the case because I feel like fapping creates a hole and the more u fap the bigger the hole gets and when u stop fapping the hole stays the size it's at. In these 32 days, not only has the hole not gotten any bigger but I've cut it in half.. I'm starting to understand how to elimaniate laziness, how to keep my promises to myself, how to focus when necessary and that u need to focus even when things seem otherwise trivial.. For those needing advice on controlling dopamine, here's a tip, ur willpower, at least for the most part, does not depend solely on brainwashing tactics to get u to not watch P, when urges come. Wat I mean is the extent or strength of ur will power for a particular day depends on fitness, fruit, vegetables, yoga, meditation, doing something u enjoy Ect... So back to the brainwashing thing,, don't relapse and then complain by asking why ur "default" willpower which is the amount u start with when u wake up wasnt strong enough. Instead do the the necessary things to make it strong and then u will not have to make so much effort to brainwash urself to reject porn, since u already put up the work. A lot of the times a relapse is a result of not putting up any work or I should say "sufficient" work, and how about put up extra work to be safe. I was in a flatline today and as a result I didn't work out as hard cuz I felt tired and just because of that I noticed a few more sexual thoughts, which is proof for my argument.. Now every time u relapse, I suggest u keep it to urself and don't go post about it in the relapse forum because it's a way of looking for answers. U should answer the confusion by telling urself "I guess I need to train harder at the gym tommorow so this doesn't happen again." Cardio is better than weights I find for will power

    You make a great point right at the end - a lot of this is about putting in some real work, to help strengthen us & reduce the chance that we will choose to give in & relapse.

    Keep going - your mind is clear on what you need to do & why you're doing it - so that you can have a deep & amazing connection with a woman & not have your brain bent out of shape by porn.

    You are clearly a warrior!

    I'm on day 6 and hella horny . Yeah, I google images of women. My mind tells me it's ok. I also look so perverted on my Facebook at all the photos.

    When u get to like day 30, don't fall into the reward trap where u say to urself, "I did 30 days of no PMO, I feel deserving of rewarding myself with a pmo session" actually the reward trap is most prevalent amongst people on the 7th day

    Hello Mate,

    I had similar issue today. I was fighting it for couple of hours and then I disabled the mac addresses of my phone and tablet on the wireless access point/router all together. (now having no way to access that router)

    Currently, I have it allowed just for several URLs. (NoFap and couple of others)

    To go to the gym tomorrow and exercise harder than ever is a great idea. I just came back and I was pushing so hard, that the idea of fapping was gone.
