Hey man, I know it seems rough rn, but you can't be so fatalistic. Girls aren't as shallow as guys, they'll be with someone who isn't conventionally attractive if they are kind and interesting. One thing to keep in mind is the majority of attractiveness does not have to do with the face. Wear well-fitted clothes, maintain strict hygiene (IDC about body hair, I think that is a personal choice that should be respected, but keep clean and smell good), exercise (not necessarily to be a Viking but enough to be healthy), and develop some confidence. Whenever I look in the mirror, I notice I look way better when I have my chin up than down. If you have facial hair keep it well-maintained, though if you are growing a beard you will have to bite the scraggly bullet for a few months. For your head hair, you can shave it or keep it, but make sure you're maximizing its potential. Not every bald person is a macho guy, so you don't have to worry about that. Here are some comparisons.
Obviously, you don't need to wear a suit, but the difference is night and day. I don't know what physical condition you are in, but well-fitted clothes will help regardless. Since you're on Nofap I will assume you are at least gamer adjacent, so my main advice is to min-max. Hair going away? Make your head look good. Face not so handsome? Make sure the rest of you looks good. Short? Stand tall. Firstly, if girls won't talk to you because of your height they can fuck off. That is not any different than a man not talking to a woman because of her breast or butt size. It is not something that can be controlled. However, I have friends who are short, one who is probably 5'2" or 5'3". He still gets girls, many that are taller than him, by dressing nice, being fit, and having confidence. Life's too short to worry about the things you can't fix. Work on the things you can and kick ass at it. I believe in you bro. I have my own shit going on so I am gonna be on here daily if there's shit you need to talk about. You don't know me. If you need to vent, go for it. As for the guy talking about aging, you can't stop Father Time. You can slow it down, but it happens eventually. Do what you can, with what you have, where (and when) you are. Anybody else who comes to this thread should take that advice too. All of you can make it.
