    i am at 90 days. my brain 2 days ago made me look 9gag nsfw. since then it has been slowly making me look at forum and now it wants me to look at light lesbian kissing. i am going to take my phone and put it in my car now.


    writing my desire make it easier for me to fight the urge.

    I had this happen when I was at around 90 days. Someone sent me a message on FB messenger and it was a really old thread and had some nudity on it. It set my brain off but I didn’t act out. Keep your streak. I would give anything to be back at 90 days.
